As you approach the last few kilometres towards Clochemerle, the scenery changes. The landscape becomes hillier, the light becomes brighter and vineyards blend into the landscape. Over time, this countryside has forged its character. Delphine is from here and has passed on to me her love of this land.

The harmonious spirit of this land has remained inside us over many years. Now, the Auberge looks out over the vines so we can we can appreciate, at its best, the rhythm of the slowly changing seasons.

The aim of my cuisine is to transform natural gifts into sophisticated essences without loosing that indispensable lightness and suggestive provocation as I search for perfection. Through tasting, breathing, observing we are the eternal apprentice in front of the immensity that nature has to offer.

 We’ll give the best of ourselves and of this country to all who wish to share our love for the Beaujolais area. Leaving with memories of agreeable meetings and instants of intense pleasure and emotions. Time to let yourself be carried away…
